We grew out of one of the largest pool renovators in the Southeast, giving us a robust experience with 100s of different pools. We've used that deep knowledge to build a full service maintenance company that is solely focused on maintaining our customers' pools. This dedicated focus allows us to consistently serve our customers professionally, without interruption, with hyper focused consistency.
WHAT TYPES OF POOLS DO YOU SERVICE?
We service most types of pools an equipment, including Chlorine, Saltwater, and ZeroChlor pool systems.
WHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT YOUR PROGRAM?
There are lots of pool companies in the market, but there is also a huge range of quality. We stand out in in several areas, but two highlights are 1.) Quality of service: We have dedicated employees that are passionate about their personal performance and have a pool owner's mindset due to our culture. 2.) Robust and Consistent Process: Our agreements include monthly service 12 months a year. In the Southeast, we've found that the consistency and a year round focus yields significant dividends in keeping your pool clean all the time. Many companies have a seasonal focus, but we are committed to consistent treatments all year long. Even when you aren't swimming, your pool still has needs and can be a beautiful investment 12 months a year.
WHAT ABOUT INCREMENTAL CHARGES?
A lot of companies have low cleaning rates, but turn around and charge you for many additional tasks through the year. Our approach is simple - charge a fair rate and consistently work to keep the pool clean and healthy. We firmly believe in consistency - this focus keeps little problems from becoming big problems, so our flat monthly rate includes all of our services.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes! Many pool companies think of insurance as a nice to have without a true professional company mindset. We carry liability insurance to protect our customers and our workers.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO START SERVICE?
Simple ... just give us a ring and we will quickly come out to do a pool review. As part of that process, we review your existing pool and equipment to build our plan for your pool, and answer any questions you may have. We can typically start service immediately after the review to get your pool sparkling!
